To ensure the best quality and accuracy for your custom design, please provide your logo in SVG format. If an SVG file does not work or unavailable, the logo will need to be redisigned/recreated as a vector file before production. This service is subject to an additional design fee**, which will be communicated and approved prior to beginning the work.

If you are sending images please provide the JPEG file and ensure it’s in high quality. If photos do not produce high quality images we contact you prior to beginning any work.

Because each item is custom-made production times vary depending on the product, quantity, level of customization and current order volume.

Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time your order is placed. Production begins once all required design files, details, and approvals have been received.

Please note that the estimated turnaround time refers to production time only** and does not include shipping or delivery time.

For larger or bulk orders, additional production time may be required. We will always communicate the expected completion date before production begins.

Small custom orders: Full payment is due when the order is placed.

Bulk and larger orders: A 50% non refundable deposit of the total project price is required before production begins. The deposit covers production scheduling, materials, design/setup, and other project-related expenses. The remaining balance is due in full before the completed order is shipped or released for pickup. Payment confirms the customer’s acceptance of these Custom Order Terms & Conditions.
